Things to do in Tampa

I was lucky enough to be given a trip to Tampa, Florida during Thanksgiving and Black Friday. I did not do too much exploring as it was a short trip however I have a few tips for things to do.

Armature Works

This is such a pretty place to go for lunch or dinner. Dating back to 1910 what used to be a storage and maintenance facility for streetcars has now been converted to a food court.

Ybor City

This neighbourhood in downtown Tampa has lots of nice boutique shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.

Shopping - International Plaza and Bay Street

This shopping mall was brilliant for Black Friday shopping. There are so many nice bars and restaurants to relax at afterwards. I tried the old fashioned bar whilst I was there as well as Chic fil a but that is just routine.

Waffle House

The Waffle House is open during the holidays so it is a good place to go for a nice breakfast. Obviously if you are in America you need the diner experience.
