New York: Thanksgiving & Christmas

The best place in the world to spend Christmas is defiantly New York!! There is so much excitement from the ice skating in Central Park to watching the Rocketts perform at Radio City Hall. It is also the best place to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Macys Parade through Manhattan to the Black Friday shopping deals down 5th Avenue.

If you are lucky enough to be in New York during Thanksgiving then make it a priority to see the Macy Thanksgiving Parade from gigantic balloons to performances featuring marching bands, singers and cheerleaders.

Radio City Christmas Spectacular Featuring The Rocketts

The best show to watch to get you into the Christmas spirit is the Rocketts at Radio City. Expect the most spectacular dance routines to your favourite classic Christmas songs. My favourite parts of the show were the toy soliders, dollys and of course seeing Santa Clause in 3D! (To find out what I am talking about just GO AND WATCH THE SHOW! You won't be disappointed.

Woolman Rink - Ice Skating

This is only open in the winter from November to January. You can skate for as many hours as you want and enjoy the skyscrapers of NYC.

Black Friday

Black friday is full of the best bargins in time for christmas. The best places to shop are the department stores Bloomingdales, Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney's and Bergdorf & Goodman.
