Burberry Exhibition - Makers House (Sept 2016/FEb 2017 - LFW)

Burberry has teamed up with The New Craftsmen to create a pop up to showcase the talents of the British makers and the new collection.

Christopher Bailey the creative chief of Burberry was influenced by Virginia Woolf’s novel Orlando and the work of Nancy Lancaster, an interior designer. This explains the prints, patterns and unisex pieces in the collection.

The downstairs of the makers house was dedicated to the makers as they showcased their talents. It was also a celebration of of Burberry’s heritage. The upstairs of the house showed the collection.
